These terms apply when you choose a monthly subscription to Solvyn Shield on solvynskin.com. They are part of our Terms & Conditions.

What You Get and What It Costs
Each month we send one box of Solvyn Shield: 20 sachets for $35.99 a month, or 30 sachets for $49.99 a month. Sales tax is added where it applies. Shipping on subscription boxes is free.

It Renews Automatically
Your subscription continues, and we charge the payment method you used at checkout once a month, until you cancel. Your first charge is on the day you subscribe. Later charges fall on about the same date each month. There is no minimum number of boxes.

Emails About Your Subscription
We email you a reminder before each monthly charge. When you pause, resume or cancel, we email you to confirm it.

Pause or Cancel at Any Time, Online
Go to Your subscription in your solvynskin.com account, or tap “Pause or cancel subscription” at the bottom of any page of solvynskin.com. Confirm it’s you with the 6-digit code Shopify, which runs our checkout, emails you. Then choose Pause or Cancel. You don’t need a solvynskin.com account to do this.
You can also email info@solvynskin.com with the words “cancel my subscription”. You don’t need to give a reason.

When a Pause or Cancellation Takes Effect
Online, a pause or cancellation takes effect at once. By email, it takes effect when we receive your email.
While your subscription is paused, we don’t charge you or send boxes. Press Resume on the same page to start again.
After you cancel, we won’t charge you again. If a charge goes through after you asked to cancel, we refund it in full and you can keep the box.

Boxes Already Paid For
A box charged before you cancelled will still ship. Section 9 of our Terms & Conditions (Returns and Refunds) applies to it.

Changes to the Price or These Terms
If we change the price or any of these terms, we will email you at least 14 days and no more than 30 days before the change takes effect, and tell you how to cancel. If the price goes up, we won’t charge the new price until you agree to it. If you don’t agree, your subscription ends and we won’t charge you again.

A Yearly Reminder
Once a year we will email you to remind you what your subscription is, how often and how much we charge, and how to cancel.

Changing Your Box, Address or Card
To switch between 20 and 30 sachets, or to change your address or card, email info@solvynskin.com.

If a Payment Fails
If a monthly charge fails, we try it again up to three times, a week apart. If it still fails, we email you and your subscription ends.

If We End a Subscription
We may stop offering subscriptions, or end yours. If we do, we will email you, and we won’t charge you after it ends.
