Overview
Solvyn Skin LLC (“Solvyn,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information when you visit solvynskin.com, purchase from us, subscribe to recurring deliveries, submit an inquiry, join our waitlist, or engage with us as a business partner.
We believe transparency is a core ingredient — in our formulas and in how we operate. This policy is written to be read, not just stored.
By using our website or providing us with your information, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. This policy does not cover information collected by Amazon, TikTok Shop or other platforms through which we sell; those platforms maintain their own privacy policies.
02
Information We Collect
2.1 Personal information you provide
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
- Business information: company name, company location, type of company, job title and industry — collected through partnership and wholesale inquiry forms.
- Order and account information: order history, subscription plan and cadence, product preferences, and account credentials.
- Payment information: card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. We receive a payment token, the card brand and last four digits, and the transaction result. We never receive or store your full payment card number.
- Inquiry details: messages, questions, sample kit requests, reviews, survey responses, and photographs or other content you choose to provide.
- Marketing preferences: your email and SMS opt-in choices.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type and screen resolution.
- Usage data: pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, clickstream data, referring and exit URLs.
- Location data: general geographic location based on IP address (city/region level, not precise location).
- Cookies, pixels, session replay and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tags operated by our third-party analytics and advertising partners. These currently include Google LLC (analytics and advertising), Meta Platforms, Inc. (advertising), Microsoft Corporation (behavioral analytics, session replay and heatmaps, through Microsoft Clarity) and Trybe (creator attribution: which creator’s link or video brought you to our site, so a purchase can be credited to that creator). Session replay records your interactions with our pages — mouse movement, clicks, scrolls, and how pages render on your device — so that we can see where the site is confusing or broken. The specific technologies in use are described in Section 6, and your opt-out choices are described in Section 9.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Analytics data, including aggregated website traffic and usage patterns.
- Information from business partners or hospitality industry contacts who may refer you to us.
- Information from our payment processor, shipping carriers, marketplaces on which we sell, and fraud prevention services.
2.4 Sensitive information
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, including health, biometric or precise geolocation data, and we ask that you not send us health information. Our session replay tool is configured to mask text and form inputs, so payment card fields, passwords and free text you type are not captured in recordings. If you contact us about a reaction to a Product, we will collect only what is necessary to respond to you and to meet our legal obligations as the responsible party for an over-the-counter drug product.
03
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- process, fulfill and ship your orders;
- manage subscriptions, recurring charges, skips and cancellations;
- respond to inquiries and fulfill sample kit requests;
- communicate with business partners and potential hospitality partners;
- provide customer support and handle returns and guarantee claims;
- send transactional messages, including order and shipping confirmations, subscription reminders, and renewal and price-change notices;
- send marketing communications where you have consented;
- personalize, deliver and measure advertising;
- analyze website usage — including through heatmaps and session replay — and improve our website, products and services;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; and
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, including recordkeeping and adverse event reporting obligations applicable to over-the-counter drug products.
04
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal information on the following grounds:
- Consent — when you voluntarily submit information through our forms, or opt in to marketing.
- Contractual necessity — to fulfill an order, subscription or business relationship with you.
- Legitimate interest — to improve our website, understand how our services are used, prevent fraud, and communicate with potential business partners.
- Legal obligation — where we are legally required to process information, including in response to a court order, subpoena, government request, or regulatory reporting duty.
05
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — trusted third parties acting on our behalf under contract, including website hosting, payment processing, shipping and label generation, email and SMS platforms, customer support tools, and fraud prevention. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics partners — in connection with the measurement, attribution and targeting of advertising, and with understanding how visitors use our website. These currently include Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. (which operates Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Corporation and Trybe, the platform we use to work with content creators. We share online identifiers, device and browser information, and information about your activity on our website — including pages viewed, interactions recorded through session replay, and purchases completed — with these partners so that we can measure campaign performance, credit creators for the purchases their content brings in, improve our website, and show you relevant advertising on their platforms and elsewhere. Microsoft acts as an independent controller of the information it collects through Microsoft Clarity and may use that information in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement, including to improve Microsoft products and services and to create profiles used for advertising. Depending on your state of residence, these disclosures are considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out at any time using the methods in Section 9. The cookies and pixels that carry out this sharing are described in Section 6.
- Marketplaces — where you place an order through them.
- Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, court order or other governmental or legal process, including reporting to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
- Protection of rights — when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy or sale of all or a portion of our assets. We will notify you by email and/or prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.
- With your consent — when you have given us explicit permission to share your information for a specific purpose.
07
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Specifically:
- Order and tax records: seven years.
- Subscription consent records: at least three years, or one year after the subscription terminates, whichever is longer.
- Adverse event records: six years.
- Contact form submissions and partnership inquiries: for as long as the business relationship is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter to allow for follow-up.
- Website analytics data: according to each provider’s retention settings — currently 14 months for our web analytics provider, and between 30 days and 13 months depending on the data type for session replay and heatmap data.
- Marketing data: until you opt out, after which we retain a suppression record so that we do not contact you again.
If you request deletion of your personal information, we will process your request within 45 days, subject to any legal obligations that may require us to retain certain information.
08
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, services or content that we do not own or control, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. This Privacy Policy applies only to our services.
09

9.1 Available to everyone
- Access the personal information we hold about you, and request correction or deletion.

9.2 State privacy rights
Residents of certain states — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and Florida, among others — may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, sharing and certain profiling.

Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure hosting infrastructure, use of a PCI-compliant payment processor, access controls limiting who can view personal information, masking of text and form inputs in session replay, and regular review of our data collection and storage practices.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authorities as required by law.
11
Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our Products may be used on children in accordance with the label, but the account and purchase must be made by an adult. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
