Shipping & Returns

We ship to addresses within the 50 United States.

• Standard: $5.99, free on orders of $50 or more.
• Express: $15.
• Monthly subscription boxes: Standard shipping is free, every month.

We usually ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are the carrier’s estimates. The full delivery terms are in Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions.

This is our returns and refunds policy. To ask for a refund, a replacement or a return, email support@solvynskin.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

First-Order Guarantee. Your first order with us can be refunded even if you have opened the sachets. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a short note on why, and a photo of the product. We refund the price you paid for the product; shipping is not included. You don’t need to send anything back. Your first order is the first one placed with your email address or shipping address, whether it is a one-time order or the first box of a subscription. The guarantee applies once per customer.

Sealed sachets. On any order, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of delivery for any sachet that is still sealed. Email us your order number and a photo of the sealed sachets. You don’t need to send them back. We refund the price you paid for each sealed sachet. For example, if you open 3 sachets from a 20-pack, we refund 17/20 of what you paid for that pack.

Opened sachets on later orders. After your first order, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and tell us what happened. We look at each request individually and may offer a return, a replacement or a refund.

Damaged, leaking or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, a sachet is leaking, or we sent the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid, whichever you prefer. You don’t need to send anything back.

Shipping charges. We refund the shipping you paid only when your order arrived damaged or leaking, or we sent the wrong item. Replacements always ship free.

Subscription boxes. Each monthly box is covered by this policy in the same way as a one-time order, and your first box counts as your first order. If we charge you after you asked us to cancel, we refund that charge in full and you may keep the box.

How refunds are paid. We refund to your original payment method within 14 business days of approving your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Skin reactions. If rash or irritation develops and lasts, stop use and ask a doctor, as the label says. Please tell us too, at support@solvynskin.com or (305) 209-8451.

Purchases elsewhere. Products bought from a marketplace or another retailer follow that seller’s policy (see Section 11 of our Terms & Conditions).

Your rights. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law where you live.
