One Dose
A bottle is a decision. A sachet is just protection.
Shield is 5 mL — one person, face, neck, shoulders and arms. It is the whole product, sized to the moment you actually need it.
Nothing has been opened before you
Every pouch is individually sealed — no contamination, no tampering, no shared surfaces. Guests open it fresh, every time.
Reapplication stops being a decision
Reapplication is when most sunscreen fails. A fresh sealed dose every two hours makes it inevitable — and removes the guesswork about how much you have used.
Right-sized for the way you actually travel
Why spend $30 on a 6 oz bottle you'll have to throw away at the airport because of TSA liquid limits? Solvyn is right-sized protection.
Nothing oxidising in your bag
No tubes, no oxidation, no half-used SPF baking in your beach bag next summer. Protection that matches the moment.

On Skin
Warm it three seconds. That's when it turns silky.
Mineral filters sit on the surface of your skin rather than soaking in. That is why Shield works the moment it is on — and why how you put it on matters more than it does with a chemical SPF.

One warmed pearl
The full sachet, squeezed into your palm and warmed between the fingertips.

Thick, then thin
Laid down it is opaque. Warmed and spread, it goes much further than it looks like it should.

Pressed, not rubbed
Slow circles, face first. Press, don’t rub — mineral SPF sits on the skin to reflect light.
Why Mineral
Mineral sits on skin. Chemical soaks in.
Two ways to block the sun. They behave very differently on your body and in the water around you.
- Instant protection — no 15-minute wait
- UV blocked at the surface — not absorbed into skin
- Hypoallergenic — suitable for all skin types
- Gentle around eyes in water settings
- Heat-stable for pool decks & outdoor events
- Reef-safe, pregnancy-safe, globally compliant
What's Inside
One mineral active. Eight skin-loving botanicals.
No filler, no fragrance, no parade of acronyms. Every ingredient earns its place.
17.50%
Zinc Oxide
Active · UV Filter
The only active filter. Sits on the surface of your skin and physically reflects UVA, UVB and visible blue light — broad-spectrum SPF 50. Non-nano, so the particles are too large to be absorbed; they protect, then rinse off. Safe for sensitive skin, post-procedure skin, kids, and the ocean.
Shea Butter
Butyrospermum parkii
West African nut butter rich in vitamins A and E — softens, soothes, and locks in moisture.
Avocado Oil
Persea gratissima
Cold-pressed and rich in oleic acid. Deeply nourishing for dry, sun-stressed skin.
Green Tea
Camellia sinensis
Polyphenol antioxidants neutralize the free radicals UV exposure leaves behind.
Aloe Vera
Aloe barbadensis
Cold-pressed inner gel pulls moisture back into hot, dehydrated skin.
Baobab Oil
Adansonia digitata
Pressed from the seeds of Africa’s "tree of life." Omega-3, 6, and 9 strengthen the barrier.
Carrot Seed
Daucus carota sativa
Naturally beta-carotene rich — supports skin renewal and brings a quiet warm glow.
Pomegranate
Punica granatum
Ellagic acid and punicalagins — among the most potent antioxidants studied in skincare.
Wild Blueberry
Vaccinium angustifolium
Anthocyanin-rich extract — protects skin cells from oxidative stress after sun exposure.

Designed to be foolproof in a swim cover-up with damp hands. The whole thing takes under a minute.

Straight Answers
What it doesn’t do. Said plainly.
Eighty minutes in water — then a fresh one.
Mineral filters sit on the surface, so water and a towel take them off. We would rather tell you the number than let you find it out.
It goes on with a bloom.
Press it in for three seconds and it settles. If you rub it like lotion it will streak — that is true of every zinc oxide sunscreen, ours included.
One sachet is one person, once.
Face, neck, shoulders and arms. It is not a full-body dose, and there is nothing left in the packet to save for later.
No reviews yet, and none borrowed. Shield has not shipped to a customer, so there is nothing here we could not show you ourselves.
The full label, nothing hidden.

Questions
Before you tear the corner.
How much does one sachet cover?
One sealed sachet covers face, neck, shoulders and arms for one person. Tear it, warm it for three seconds in your palm, and press it in.
How often should I reapply?
Reach for a fresh sachet every two hours, or right after a swim and towel-off. Shield is water resistant for 80 minutes.
Do I have to wait before going in the sun?
No. Shield is a mineral sunscreen — it sits on the surface of your skin and reflects light, so it works the moment it's applied. Chemical sunscreens need to absorb and bind first.
What makes it reef-safe?
Shield uses one mineral filter — 17.50% non-nano zinc oxide — and none of the four chemicals most implicated in coral bleaching. It is compliant with Hawaii Act 104.
Does it leave a white cast?
It goes on with a bloom. Press it in for three seconds and it settles. If you rub it like lotion it will streak — that is true of every zinc oxide sunscreen, ours included.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Zinc oxide is non-nano, so the particles are too large to be absorbed — they protect, then rinse off. Shield is formulated for sensitive skin, post-procedure skin and kids.
Why sachets instead of a bottle?
Reapplication is when most sunscreen fails. A sealed single dose is opened fresh every time — nothing oxidizing in a beach bag, nothing left to guess about how much you've used.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $50.
